Core Responsibilities
- Oversees, handles and manages employee relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling.
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services. Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.
- Serve as the lead on all people workstreams to ensure HR is united as a cohesive team operating under one customer engagement model and using one readiness and adoption playbook.
- Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives. Lead the strategic planning effort, change management planning and serve as the primary liaison between HR CoE Leaders at the Region, Division and Head Quarters to ensure alignment on expectations and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain plan of record for all strategic initiatives led by HR in support of business goals and objectives.
- Lead the HR process and project function to deliver greater operational efficiency and improve client and team member experience.
- Manage the coordination, planning and readiness of customer facing programs, projects and initiatives impacting employees across the Division.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $98,326.87 - $154,864.82
