Corporate Services and Facilities Supervisor
Where will you work: This position will be located at our NA business headquarters at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL. Hybrid with three dedicated office days of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with the opportunity to work from home Wednesday and Friday. You may also travel to the Tampa Executive Offices or Mosaic Technology Center on occasion. You will also be eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
Join our team as a Corporate Procurement Specialist, where you'll provide essential support to our administrative facilities and projects. You'll play a key role in enhancing procurement technology and implementing improvements within our facilities. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations of our North American administrative office buildings, scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring we have the necessary materials and equipment from external contractors and suppliers. Additionally, you'll communicate and facilitate policy changes and procedures to keep our operations running smoothly. You will thrive in this role if you have the ability to think creatively with an ability to create innovative solutions.
What you’ll do:
Design and implement standard office policies and procedures.
Maintain office budgets.
Ensure buying practices comply with corporate and facility agreements.
Participate, lead, and support facilities with sourcing projects, including supplier market identification, RFP/RFI development, hybrid work schedules, and implementation.
Manage hybrid work programs, including technology and systems to support flexible work schedules in North America.
Lead and manage office space planning, changes, and lease agreements for North American administrative offices.
Collaborate with corporate and facility stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies using Strategic Sourcing best practices.
Establish and develop strategic alliances with key suppliers.
Facilitate and lead the development of price and budget forecasts for key market drivers.
Interact with buyers to create efficiencies and reduce overall operating costs.
Negotiate and develop contracts, manage implementation, and track/report KPIs.
Manage and provide direction to the Office Services security team.
Provide timely feedback to security contractors to ensure understanding of roles and performance standards.
Address performance issues.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, procurement or business-related field
5+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, facilities management, or related field
Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Process improvement oriented
Experience working on multiple projects / cross functional initiatives
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively work and build partnerships with employees at all levels within the organization
Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
