




Our telecommunications client is looking for several Graphic Designers to add to their bench to reach out to as work becomes available. This will be fully remote, project-based work throughout the year on an "as-needed" basis. Hours will vary throughout the assignment (as will the total duration of the assignment) and will determined by the individual's availability.
We're seeking a creative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer to collaborate with our telecommunications client on a project-by-project basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting visually compelling content across social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms. Your work will help shape and elevate the brand's visual identity and storytelling across all content touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics, animations, and short-form videos for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and social media managers to visually bring campaigns and narratives to life.
- Develop branded templates and visual systems for recurring content formats (e.g., quotes, tips, product highlights).
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and visual best practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Optimize assets for various formats and platforms (e.g., stories, reels, carousels, thumbnails).
- Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts during content planning and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on social media and digital content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); experience with Canva and Figma is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social-first design work and content campaigns.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics, GIFs, or short-form video editing.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of marketing and analytics principles.
- Passion for storytelling, branding, and digital culture.
