




Job Description
This is a hybrid position based at one of the BAE Systems Combat Mission Systems (CMS) offices. Supporting execution of the contract management role & responsibilities across the business portfolio.
Under supervision, the successful candidate will gather, compile, analyze and interpret complex multiple source interdepartmental data and provide status relevant to a given assignment. Providing support for CMS Contracts data calls, reports, and systems maintenance. The following provides more descriptive information on some of the potential responsibilities:
- Provide system support to maintain Oracle Project Contracts System, Contracts Correspondence Application, and Proposal Tracking System (PTS) to ensure accuracy of data and assist users with issues or questions.
- Assist in maintaining up to date training materials. Assist users on all systems, troubleshooting issues or providing guidance resolution of user issues regarding user questions. Coordinate with necessary personnel for those issues that cannot be solved within the Contracts Department.
- Assist in the development of documents, systems, or programs in support of department initiatives.
- Support efforts on special projects, as assigned, which may involve the application of specific process, procedure and corporate compliance knowledge, or similar knowledge/skills pertinent to the function involved.
- Support development and maintenance of CMS Contracts website to ensure proper function.
- Support acquiring data input within the CMS Contracts to satisfy various requests.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support contract management decisions.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong business acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Analytical thinker
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Prefer BS degree in Business or Information Technology Systems discipline
Experience with contract management software such as Oracle
Experience with OBIEE and SharePoint
Experience working in a DoD Contractor environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $50268 - $85455
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
