Summary:

This role will coordinate activities in the warehouse, communicating issues as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Receiveand unloadincoming material manually or with equipment.
• Verifyorders and checkfor damaged material.
• Perform shipping/receiving related transactions within the computer software system.
• Createall labeling paperwork necessaryto ensure proper shipment of material.
• Assist with communicationswith various departments about product quality issues and material availability for further processing or shipping.
• Perform cycle countsto ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with nonconforming material processes and hold tags.
• Maintain a safe work environment, keeping the area clean.
• Utilize powered industrial trucks (PIT) (i.e. forklifts, motorized hand trucks)
• Participate in the training of new employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education
• 1+ years of previous warehouse experience
• Willing and ableto use tools, liftand movedevices
• Willing and able to become a licensed forklift operator.
