What You’ll Do:
Review emails in the “To Be Filed” mailbox to determine the appropriate file location for the communication.
File documents approximately 35 hours/week for about 10 weeks, or until project is complete.
Learn Firm File structures and master the technology associated with the saving and filing of documents in firm files.
Conduct research as necessary to ensure that file locations are correct, and that documents are readily retrievable.
Communicate questions clearly and succinctly.
Communicate status of overall project.
Work with IT, IP and Paralegal Management resources to tailor workflow for filing as needed to accommodate project objectives.
Who You Are:
Familiarity with iManage.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong attention-to-detail and ability to work independently and to focus for long periods of time.
Sound judgment and ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
Must work well in team environment and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
Ability to use standard office software (Word, Internet Search Engines, etc.)
Experience with docketing software preferred but not required. (CPI).
