Associate Manager of Community Marketing ( social media, influencer marketing & PR)

Position Overview
The Associate Manager of Community Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that engage and grow our community of customers and fashion enthusiasts. This role focuses on leveraging social media platforms and community-driven initiatives to enhance brand visibility and foster customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community marketing strategies to engage target audiences.
• Manage and grow social media channels to increase brand awareness and community interaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that resonates with our community.
• Organize and host community events, both online and offline, to strengthen relationships with customers.
• Analyze community feedback and trends to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Monitor and report on community engagement metrics to track the success of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in community marketing or social media management, influencer collaborations, and PR
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends in the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

This is hybrid 3-6 months freelance work with the possibility of converting if you're interested and a good long-term match. Remote Mon/Fri in office Tues-Thurs, with exceptions for being onsite for any critical meetings and flexibility to be remote another day (for a particular reason). 

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
