Key Responsibilities:
Business Improvement Initiatives
Partner with senior Operations leadership to identify and implement business improvement projects.
Provide the financial information necessary to track historical performance and forecast future opportunities.
Examples include site capacity analysis, logistics, and transportation.
Financial Modeling and Analysis
Develop financial models to evaluate strategic business decisions.
Independently deliver ad-hoc analysis, such as footprint analysis.
Profitability Expansion Projects
Drive projects aimed at expanding profitability, including product-level gross margin analysis.
Additional Tasks
Perform other duties as directed by finance and business leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of experience in a finance role.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Cost Accounting or Supply Chain FP&A is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to link financial results to operational and market drivers with a strong focus on detail.
Translate technical decisions and strategies into clear business terms and implications.
