Project Administrator (Prevailing Wage Administrator)

As a Prevailing Wage Administrator, you will manage compliance with prevailing wage laws and regulations for our Honeywell Technicians and Subcontractors. You will play a crucial role in managing and administering the prevailing wage process, including tracking and reporting wages, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate records.

You will report to the Prevailing Wage Supervisor and work on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and monitor prevailing wage rates for different job classifications and geographic areas
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to prevailing wage requirements
  • Work with project managers, payroll and benefits to ensure accurate reporting of wages
  • Stay updated on changes in prevailing wage laws and regulations and provide guidance to the organization
  • Complete all applicable certified payroll forms that are required by Public Works. Making sure these are processed with 100% accuracy as well as in compliance with all time restrictions.

The annual base salary range for this position is $44,000-$66,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration or prevailing wage administration.
  • SAP or other ERP system experience.
