Production Planner – Reedsville PA

You will be responsible for operational material planning throughout the entire lifecycle of procured materials.

Your role:

• Managing planning related master data in close co-operation with enterprise information management (EIM).
• Generating a final and feasible master production schedule (MPS).
• Generating a feasible detailed production schedule (DPS).
• You will be managing personal and factory KPIs
• Troubleshooting for production orders and materials; and managing escalations as they come in on a global level

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in a planning role
• Your skills include the ability to work within a team environment, understanding of material planning within lead times, SAP experience desired, other ERP systems may be considered
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with material planning
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You’re an excellent communicator (verbally and written), able to work well in a team environment, able to quickly make difficult decisions, and demonstrates leadership abilities.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $25.00 to $43.00 hourly.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
