Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in a leadership role as a Production Manufacturing Supervisor supporting the C-130J Super Hercules program. As a supervisor, you will manage a team of over 20 represented employees, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality goals are met while fostering a culture of accountability and safety.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Team Leadership:
* Manage and lead a team of 20+ represented employees in daily production operations.
* Communicate clear daily goals, assign tasks, and set expectations for performance.
Cost, Schedule, and Quality Management:
* Oversee and drive performance to meet or exceed cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
* Ensure tasks align with program goals and production timelines.
Employee Training and Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with all required training, company policies, and procedures.
* Address employee performance, including providing guidance, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Daily Operations Oversight:
* Conduct daily meetings to align on priorities and track progress.
* Verify employee time and labor input in accordance with company policies.
Safety and Culture:
* Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.
* Drive accountability at all levels, ensuring adherence to Lockheed Martin's values and standards.

* Prior leadership experience in manufacturing or production, preferably managing large teams.
* Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and quality performance.
* Familiarity with safety practices and compliance requirements in a production environment.
Desired Skills:
* Experience leading in a union environment.
* Experienced in Shop Floor Manager, QADS and Autotime.
* Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
* Knowledge of ISO90001 process and audit preparedness.
* Experience in lean manufacturing concepts, 6S, tool control and a proven history of cost reduction.
* Previous experience in machining environment using manual and or C/C controlled machines.
* Effectively communicate in a group setting as a leader.
* Must have good constraint resolution skills.
* Must have motivational skills with the ability to energize the team.
* Must have the ability to build a strong working relationship with internal and external customers.
* Must be able to lead a team to success by achieving departmental and company goals.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
