As
aProcess EngineeringManager here at Honeywell, you will play a
critical role in leading and managingprocess engineeringactivities
within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business group. You will
be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives,optimizingoperational
efficiency, and ensuring the successfulexecutionof engineering
projects. Your expertise inprocess engineeringand strong leadership
skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and delivering
high-qualitysolutions to our customers.
You will report directly to our Plant Director, and you will work out of our
Spokane WA location.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of ourprocess
engineeringinitiatives and the overall performance of the ESS business
group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manageprocess engineeringactivities within the ESS business group
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimizeoperational efficiencyandquality
- Collaboratewithcross-functional teamsto identify and implement process enhancements
- Developand implementprocess engineeringstandards, methodologies, and best practices
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Providetechnical guidanceand support to engineering
teams to ensure successful projectexecution

BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL
The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $164,000. Please
note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell
considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to
the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work
experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business
considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

This position is intended to
convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced
Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in
late 2025 or early 2026.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience inprocess engineering, preferably in the energy or sustainability industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and delivering results
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, Master's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Six Sigmacertification or experience withLean methodologies
- Knowledge of energy and sustainability industry regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
