Our innovative consumer brand client is looking for a Marketing Asset Specialist to join their team! This is a 12 month, freelance role, hybrid in Culver City, CA.
Overview:
The Marketing Asset Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Title Leads in the day-to-day management of global Marketing video assets in support of our clients platform. Working alongside the Title Leads, Marketing Strategy, Creative, Localization and Distribution teams, your duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Creation of asset title records and corresponding metadata
- Confirming customer facing asset titles and platform placement
- Tracking of incoming source Marketing assets
- Ordering of globally localized Marketing assets
- Continually updating process & procedure documentation
- Monitoring milestone and partner due dates
- Updating schedules daily
- Issuing alerts if the project due date is at risk
- Providing status reports to our internal teams and other stakeholders through to final delivery
- Working with internal creative teams and 3rd party vendors on workflows and QC
- Analyzing reports
- Representing the group in various meetings
- Additional ad hoc project support as needed
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5+ years' experience in Marketing Operations at a studio, streaming service or marketing agency
- Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to see the big picture and are comfortable with a level of ambiguity.
- Exhibit confidence in calling out issues and presenting to management on project status and schedules.
- Self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
- Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence, translating between business owners and technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
- Results-oriented, upbeat, and focused with a strong passion to learn and succeed.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
