Position Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to deliver superior customer service and drive profitable growth by developing strategic and tactical logistics plans that optimize processes across Vend Planning, Distribution Planning, Merchandising Planning, and Sales & Logistics Planning
• Foster a culture of Operational Excellence through continuous improvement initiatives in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) planning, partnering closely with Sales, Delivery, and Warehouse operations
• Oversee and manage the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) process to maximize productivity, minimize out-of-stocks, and deliver superior customer service
• Build and lead a highly engaged team focused on driving business results and maximizing the return on investment in people
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment with Go to Market strategies and identify future improvement opportunities
• Develop and achieve key performance metrics that demonstrate team effectiveness and alignment with company objectives while identifying new business opportunities and optimizing resources
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
