What You'll Do
As a Knowledge Expert (KE), Team Manager within BCG's Payments & Fintech Practice Area, you will deliver against the client and commercial priorities for the Sector/Topic business. You will grow and deploy a team of Sector/Topic experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives. You will drive the IP/content agenda, with support from the team, and lead execution of Tier One and IP projects. You will be responsible for team's performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.).
Additionally, as a Knowledge Expert, Team Manager, you will engage with case teams & clients based on your individual expertise and demonstrate differentiated impact and value-add to BCG clients and case teams.
Payments and FinTech is one of the fastest growing practice at BCG. We work with all players across the value chain - from Merchants to Issuers - across a broad array of topics. In this role, you will get exposed to entire waterfront of our work in the practice and get to work with a caring and growth oriented team. While this role focuses on North America, there will be opportunities to work on international topics / markets as well.

- Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years consulting experience in Payments & Fintech required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience required; 10-12+ years of industry experience strongly preferred typically in corporate strategy, product roles
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below. Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation.
We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:
* In Chicago & NYC, the base salary is between $162,300- $165,500 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
* In other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geography
* Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-25%
* 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period.
