Integrated Supply Chain Finance Lead
As an ISC Finance guide here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding financial strategies and optimizing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to guide and influence the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, contributing significantly to the organization's performance.
You will report directly to our Sr ISC Finance Leader and you will work out of our Atlanta location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will be accountable for helping to guide and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team, providing financial guidance and facilitating to drive business performance and profitability.
In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the integrated supply chain, drive cost efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Guide and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team to drive business performance and profitability.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize supply chain operations and improve cost efficiency.
* Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Annual Standard Cost Rolls Management
* Physical Inventory Control, (Cycle Counting and Annual Physical Inventory)/ Excess and Obsolete management
* Purchase Price Variances Analysis
* Cap Variances
* Capex Analysis
* Freight & Logistics (Warehouse) Control
* Corp Reporting, Analysis, etc.

YOU MUST HAVE
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance Integrated Supply Chain
* Strong knowledge of supply chain finance ethics, cost accounting, and financial thoughtfulness.
* Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization.

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* MBA preferred.
* Strong guide skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
