We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Google Sheets Data Visualization Specialist to transform dense, data-heavy spreadsheets into visually appealing and presentation-ready documents. The ideal candidate will excel in organizing complex information, utilizing formatting and visuals to enhance clarity, and making sheets more user-friendly for both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret complex data sets within Google Sheets.
Use advanced formatting techniques to improve the readability and visual appeal of data.
Create charts, graphs, and other visual aids to present data effectively.
Ensure that all data is accurately represented and easy to understand.
Collaborate with team members to understand their data visualization needs and preferences.
Prepare Google Sheets for presentations, ensuring they are polished and professional.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data visualization and working with Google Sheets.
Strong skills in organizing and formatting complex information.
Proficiency in creating charts, graphs, and other visual aids within Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to understand and meet the needs of both internal and external audiences.
