We are currently looking for an FRA Lead who will be responsible from leading Sandoz Turkiye FRA Team.
- Leading overall financial elements as being responsible for Record to Report (Accounting & Reporting), Treasury and Order to Cash, Procure to Pay (Purchasing and Account Payable) and Transparency Reporting (X-Pend), Tax and Cost accounting activities by leading a team and reporting to CFO.
- Responsible for all respective FRA activities while working collaboratively between function leaders as primary point of contact for all FRA matters to apply IFRS principles in preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure effectiveness of controls and high quality of reporting, execute month end closing processes, advise on technical accounting matters and liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Closely working with Group FRA and international finance teams on company financials, closing processes, collaborate on corporate projects, conducting detailed analysis, ensuring that company's financial systems are compliant, robust and support current activities and answer future needs.
- Leading financial accounting and reporting, auditing, and financial process execution, with record of strong control focus and driving / delivering change initiatives.
- Delivering financial and business commitments, including Operating Profit and Free Cash Flow, business planning, operational financial and liquidity management, optimization of internal processes and constant improvement of overall company efficiency and profitability
- Managing complex accounting topics (Revenue, inventory, divestitures, and acquisitions) and in-depth knowledge finance processes and infrastructure to provide value-add.
- Supporting Leadership Members to evaluate the company financials and key drivers and to build up business strategy to be executed (cash flow, liquidity management, operating profit etc.)
- Developing and maintaining appropriate internal controls system and risk management processes.
- Taking a leadership role to ensure that audit and compliance requirements under local GAAP and IFRS are met, liaising with Group Finance, external and internal auditors, tax advisors, lawyers and banks.
- Managing and developing Finance team, including goal setting, evaluation, development plan set-up and execution, succession planning.
Min. Req.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Fluency in English
- Min. 10 years of experience with team management skills
- Operations management, execution and project management skills
- Strong people management ans leadrship skills
