Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch
As the Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee the functions of the food and beverage areas including restaurant outlets and bars within the hotel.
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and training of colleagues
- Recruitment of new colleagues as needed
- Demonstrating strong, positive leadership, inspiring colleagues to exceed standard and expectations
- Completing weekly payroll submissions for the outlet functions
- Photographing and promoting specials, coming up with creative ways to promote
- Handling fast-paced outlets and bars in an organized, detail-oriented fashion
- Ensuring outlets have proper floor coverage for efficient service
- Additional projects as assigned by operations directors

Qualifications
- 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Experienced in restaurant finance, pricing and cost control
- High level of knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Symphony/Micros, Oracle, Evention and Canva programs
- Reliability and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present a professional appearance and confidence
- Ability to stand/walk/be on your feet for majority of a shift
- Able to lift moderate to heavy amounts of weight (around 35lbs or more)
