The Finance System Implementation & Project Manager is responsible for driving financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
As a Finance System Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing finance system implementations and recommend design, implementation, and governance improvements.
Supporting governance reviews and redesigns, focusing on data security, standardization, and compliance guidelines.
Administering workflow documentation to improve financial system efficiency.
Recommending and drafting ERP policies to ensure compliance and streamline processes.
Advising on technology use to enhance ERP software and optimize financial processes.
Collaborating with Digital Technology teams to integrate cost-effective finance systems.
Advising on ERP selection, upgrades, and maintenance for financial systems.
Coordinating with Finance and DT teams to plan, test, and implement system changes and upgrades.Including working closely with DT personnel, system vendors and others to ensure that major system changes and upgrades are planned, tested, and implemented.
Assuring successful testing of upgrades before live implementation
Verifying teams document configurations, tests, and controls for audit and compliance.
Ensuring ERP configurations align with business processes and design principles.
Leading change management, training, and documentation for Finance systems.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Controllership Management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven interpersonal and leadership skills.
Skilled in analyzing data and applying insights to resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
