Install, troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain shop equipment including pumps, hydraulic systems and controls, pneumatic systems, controls and instrumentation, lathes, boring machines, saws, milling machines, and similar plant machinery and equipment
* Maintain preventative and corrective maintenance files and identify repair parts
* Disassembly and assembly of shop machinery and other equipment as directed
* Refuel generators, forklifts, trucks, and high reach equipment
* Other responsibilities include various shop work using metalworking tools such as a lathe, mill, drill press, hydraulic press, and welding

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years' rolling stock equipment maintenance experience
* Minimum of three years of Industrial Maintenance experience
* Demonstrate proficiency with the use of precision measurement tools
* Able to use a variety of hand tools and power hand tools
* Able to demonstrate knowledge of machine shop equipment including repair and maintenance
* Willing to work varying shifts
* Knowledge of machine shop equipment including repair and maintenance
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with only general supervision
* Able to obtain and maintain DBIDS access
* Must be physically capable of performing essential functions of the position.
* Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and have the ability to climb staircases and ladders of varying sizes.
* Must be able to reach up to 50 inches, lift 30 pounds, and apply

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57720 - $88483

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
