We are seeking a Communications Specialist to assist our team with the skills to support our student engagement campaigns. This area of the business focuses on current active students who are enrolled in a degree program and executes communications that engage, retain and graduate those students.
The Specialist, Communications position is responsible for executing strategic communication campaigns in support of ATGE's persistence objectives. This includes developing and deploying campaigns utilizing our marketing automation platforms (Eloqua) to nurture and increase engagement and retention throughout the student lifecycle.
This short-term role will be critical in supporting our ongoing communications, including email, SMS and CMS execution. Additional responsibilities will include audience segmentation in Eloqua, campaign buildout, copywriting, QA/editing and testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with communications leaders to define and develop needed communication activities across email, SMS and other omni-channel vehicles.
Create, manage and implement planned and ad hoc communications daily, including design, development, testing, scheduling, and analysis.
Support executive management by drafting and/or editing communications as needed.
Track and analyze communication initiatives to guide optimizations and ensure objectives are met.
Drive a consistent brand message across all internal and external communications initiatives and materials.
Implement and maintain the company's brand and visual identity guidelines.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum three to five (2-3) years of related work experience.
Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Eloqua (preferred), Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or SFDC.
Understanding of omni-channel customer experiences.
Ability to leverage data to craft and deliver targeted, personalized content and experiences.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to collaborate with a variety of colleagues across the organization.
Strong organizational, logistical and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality.
Strong attention to detail preferred
Experience with a project management tool such as Monday.com or Workfront
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.00 – $42.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
