This Graduate Summer Intern will work as a team member of the North America eB2B organization, working with the Product, Marketing, and Operation teams to create a recommendation for how myCoke can become a Premiere Digital Experience Platform designed to help grow our customer’s beverage business.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Analyze myCoke’s customer segments and business objectives for both bottle/can and NAOU products to build a comprehensive understanding of current needs and opportunities.
Conduct a competitive analysis not only of platforms within the Beverage sector but also across various B2B and B2C industries. Focus on identifying key elements that differentiate user experiences and provide business value, with a focus on engagement metrics.
Identify standout UI/UX elements and strategic or philosophical differences across platforms, exploring how these contribute to superior user engagement and brand value.
Synthesize insights from North American customer segments and best-in-class customer experience platforms. Formulate a pitch that outlines the most valuable elements to integrate into myCoke, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative justifications for user experience and business impact.
Education Requirements:
Currently pursuing a graduate-level degree in Business, Computing, Technology Management, Information systems, Design or equivalent area with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.

Understanding of Agile/Lean Product Management

Proficiency in market research including surveys, focus groups, and customer interviews
