Designer - ANNUAL REPORT DESIGN PROJECT
Location: Remote
Duration: About a month. Project will wrap end of February/early March
Hours per week: 20-40
Rate Range: $35-$43 per hour
Timeline for hire: 1-2 interview + a paid (yay!) test project. Project starts early Feb.
Position Overview
Our client, a well-known construction group, is looking for a freelance Designer to support their team on an upcoming project! The Designer will be working with the Marketing Team and closely with their Lead Designer on an upcoming annual report that is approximately 50 pages long. Some of the report is templatized, but you'll need to assist with the design of interior pages, graphics for narratives and some illustration/infographics. This is NOT just production; they want someone who can think about better ways to lay out the report to give it a "freshness".
The ideal Designer will have:
- 5+ years of design experience with expertise in InDesign (very critical)
- A portfolio showcasing your work across print and digital; any annual report/layout work would be a plus!
- Experience and examples of illustration
- Experience working within brand standards is a must
- Attention to detail is very important
This is a remote, 20-40 hours per week opportunity that is slated to wrap at the end of February/early March. When applying, focus on highlighting your corporate work - especially showcasing the deliverable at hand, annual reports.
