Description:

You will be the Contracts Manager for the S&GA Advance Program, responsible for leading contracts management functions and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Our team is responsible for driving business success through effective contract management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for providing business advice and guidance, coordinating with other functions, and serving as the authorized representative for the Company in interactions with Customer buying representatives.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing contracts across all phases, from proposal development to contract administration
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including program management, finance, legal, and subcontracts
* Negotiating contracts and contract terms, and ensuring fulfillment of related obligations
* Building effective relationships with Customer buying representatives and managing contracts to support business goals
* Coordinating solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns
* Ensuring contractual compliance with laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements
* Leading and supporting audits, and collecting and compiling contractual data and reports

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5-10 years of professional experience.

- DoD Contracting Experience
- Experience with all phases of proposal development, contracts negotiation and administration.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with FAR/DFARs
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Should be detail and teamwork oriented.
- Candidate willing and able to engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions for complex/unique contracts.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
