Our client, a leading provider for comprehensive tax solutions, is looking for a freelance, Customer Communications Manager with experience in Pardot to support their marketing team for at least the next six months.
This is a fully remote position, Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm EST, 40 hours per week, February through end of year, with possibility to convert to full-time.
The Communications Manager will be:
- managing the customer marketing calendar
- managing the newsletter and creating content like; articles, newsletters, and operational emails, and partners with the brand team for additional resources (banners, etc).
- working in ON24 and Community to create webinars and setup events
- serving as the Pardot Subject Matter Expert, optimizing functionalities to maximize communication reach and effectiveness
The Communications Manager will have:
- a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- experience in customer marketing or a similar role
- strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various channels
- proven experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot
- familiarity with ON24 webinar platform and event management tools
- excellent project management and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
