Apex Systems is supporting a fortune 200 company out of Clevealand Ohio with a Business Anaylst role.?The Business Analyst role is responsible for contributing to identifying, evaluating, and designing technology-based business solutions to help solve key business problems. They work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business processes, workflows, data models, and other system artifacts.?
Education Requirement:?
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, or in lieu of a degree, at least 3 years of experience in the field of business systems analysis or IT (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of business systems analysis or IT)
Preferred
-Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT
Must Haves?
-2-4 years of experience in business systems analysis and design with a deep understanding of software development methodologies
-Knowledge of business and technical operations, workflows, and procedures
-Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
-Experience utilizing tools, techniques, and leading practices related to data analysis, coding, and automation
