Purpose Statement
The Business Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to our Global Procurement Organization. The Business Analystwill also collaborate with various stakeholders across Procurement and Finance, bringing their own insights and recommendations.
- Must beable to work a flexible daytime hybrid schedule, working from home Mon & Fri and working onsite at world headquarters Tues-Thurs

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
* Lead monthly Flash forecasting activities for Procurement across categories including Commodities, Ingredients, and Packaging
* Coordinate with global markets on monthly commodity updates
* Analyze rate/volume trends to draw conclusions and identify areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain Procurement scorecards and dashboards using Power BI
* Prepare monthly management review reporting including spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
* Support cost savings reporting process
* Foster environment of continuous improvement with a focus on maximizing the efficiencies in the technical systems employed by the department
* Analytic support for sourcing and other projects
* Help identify opportunities for margin improvement
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Bachelors degree in Finance or Business related field is required
* 1-2 years of relevant analytical experience
* Advanced Excel skill set, experience with data modeling strongly preferred
* Strong analytical and excellent organizational skills
* Effective time management and ability to balance priorities
* Strong communication skills
* Power BI experience preferred
* SAP / Oracle BI experience preferred
* Procurement experience preferred
* MBA preferred
