40Summary:
The Infusion Coordinator plays a critical role in all aspects of the infusion process. The Coordinator will serve as a contact person for infusion patients/families and liaison to coordinate infusions including excellent communication and collaboration with infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, insurance companies, physicians, nurses, and families/patients. Flexibility, organization, follow-through, and communication skills are paramount to this position.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing.
High School degree or equivalent required.
Associates or Bachelors preferred.
1 year of experience in a clinic or medical office setting required.
2-5 years of pediatric nursing preferred.
Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
Current permit or license to practice professional nursing as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of Texas.
BLS/PALS per policy.
