Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team in delivering innovative design solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both print and digital design, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality standards and brand consistency. MUST HAVE HEAVY AGENCY EXPERIENCE!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of designers to create compelling visual content.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective design solutions.
Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts for print and digital media.
Ensure all design work aligns with corporate branding and marketing objectives.
Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Interact with clients to present concepts and gather feedback for revisions.
Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in an agency setting.
Proficiency in design software including InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong portfolio showcasing print and web design projects.
Experience in online marketing and digital media.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Understanding of corporate branding principles and practices.
Background in hospitality design is a plus.
